July 16, 2008

• Buffalo Launch Club, Grand Island NY. Picnic outing for handicapped and physically incapacitated young people sponsored by Lyon's Club of Grand Island assisted by IOBG District members. New 'Excalibur' vessel will be in service for boat rides on the Niagara River.

September 6, 2008

• Buffalo Launch Club's Classic and Antique Boat Show. 0900 to 1600 hrs. Featuring old and new racing crafts. Highlight will be orchestra leader Guy Lombardo's "Miss Tempo". Antique Society's recognition awards presented at banquet following closing. Largest 'in water' North American Classic and Antique Exhibit. Public invited. No admission fee.

September 21, 2008

• Niagara District #3 Annual Meeting and Election in the Lighthouse Room. District Auxiliary will also meet on this date in the Patio Room. A joint buffet will be served in Buffalo Launch Club Dining Room. Chapter Past Commodores will join us.

December 11, 2008

• Annual Holiday Dinner/Dance, host Inner Harbor Yacht Club, Tonawanda, N. Y.. Our "Boater of the Year" award will be announced, Details will be announced.
